it causes the degeneration on brain cells and eventually kills them, so yes, it doesn't leave any survivors, unfortunately there is no known cure. It gets worse the longer it is and causes increasingly erratic behaviour, forgetfulness, dementia etc.

Yes it is terminal. It is where a person forgets to do things and the disease can kill off brain cells. Eventually the person will forget how to eat and drink, which is sad

No, alzheimers will not kill you. It makes life difficult as you lose your memory but by itself it is not deadly. My grandfather has it and is 94….. There are a couple of others in his home that are in their 90's and many in their 80's.
